Kari Wuhrer was born on the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American musician and actor. Wuhrer first started her acting career when she was in her teens. Her most well-known role was as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. There are three of her siblings. As a teenager, she was a singer performing in clubs and hid from the family in order for the sake of performing. The actress studied acting since her 13th birthday at Wooster School. Later, she studied acting at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts along with renowned instructor Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer is an American actor, model and singer.
